As a blue-collar family who knows the value of a quick, satisfying meal, we created a mobile food service that brings fast, friendly, and affordable comfort food to lunch breaks, job sites, and busy streets.
Founded by Sam Strickland, who brings over a decade of restaurant experience in food prep, operations, and customer service, we’ve taken an idea shared over morning coffee and turned it into a family-run food cart serving classic grilled hot dogs, sausages, and tasty breakfast items.
